404inc is a SaaS platform architecture practice operated by Jordan Hammond and the 404inc team, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. When we say "404inc," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean the 404inc practice and any services we operate under the 404inc name.
This policy applies to our website (build404.com and any subdomains), our client-facing project tooling, and any direct communications you have with our team.
We collect information in a small number of specific situations:
Intake form submissions are stored in a password-protected system accessible only to the 404inc team. Client project information is stored in encrypted repositories and project management tools with access restricted to the engineers working on that engagement. We do not store payment card information — any invoicing is handled through a third-party billing provider (Stripe or equivalent) under their own privacy and security terms.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you load our site, which may result in Google logging your IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy. We are evaluating self-hosting our fonts to eliminate this dependency.
Other than Google Fonts, we do not load third-party scripts, iframes, tracking pixels, or other resources from external domains on our marketing site.
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable privacy law — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@build404.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or California, additional rights and obligations may apply. We are happy to discuss them on request.
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as our practices change or as required by law. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
